No communication or callbacks

I had an accident that Outsurance responded to very well and the initial process we handled very well. After I got my car back on friday 5th April, I noticed that my car had a terrible vibration from the front left wheel where the accident damage and repair work had occured.

First thing on Monday morning the 8th April, I emailed my Claims officer regarding this issue, I recieved an email back only 24 hours later saying that she had opened a formal compaint and that either she or the assestment department manager Gregory Aanhuizen would be in contact to respond to me query.By wednesday 10th, I still had no response or phone call. Again I contacted Janice my claims officer and she said she had not recieved feedback from her the manager but had requested feedback again and included her own manager this time.

Today is Monday the 15th. Still I have had no phone calls from anybody at Outsurance to solve this query of mine.

And to think I actually moved my business away from one of your main rivals.
