Failure to effect speedy payment of Annuity paymen

My annuity policy with Old Mutual Group Schemes matured in August 2012 and I only received a letter advising me of this in the middle of April 2013. I duly contacted the Old Mutual broker who promptly came to see me and filled in all the relevant forms for the 3rd lump sum payment and monthly pension payouts. However I have been waiting since then with no idea of when this payment that is already 8 months overdue is going to take place. I have no contact number for Group schemes and even the broker from Old Mutual seems to be at their mercy, they keep sending e mails but also get no inidication of when this payment will take place.
I am losing interest on this lump sum payment for every day that it is delayed. there is absolutely no feedback from them which i find truly shocking.
