I have a loan account which I last paid on in 2010. African Bank keep sending me text messages with account balances and requesting payment. This account has legally prescribed. I would like to inform that I claim prescription on this account and request that the account be updated accordingly and that African Bank request the relevant credit bureaus to update my profile.
