1 Week and still no response

Hi. It's been a week plus since I wrote a report on HelloPeter.com about not receiving my bank card which I have been waiting for since the 17-04-2013, now that's 3 weeks. I have still not been contacted by FNB.This is now a bad reflection on FNB as a whole and the FNB branch which I went to..I'm tired of waiting 3 weeks for a bank card to use my salary which i received on the 25-04-2013.I am now taking this up with the ombudsman and the defaulting people need to be replaced.
