Have joined the u~count reward service around August, I have been waiting for the card since then.

Standard bank phoned me a month ago advising me that my card will be delivered, I have since been waiting for the card
On the 24th Oct 2013 I have sent an email to [Email Removed] and there was no response since then and yet I keep on using my standard bank card even thinking of changing so I can receive my salary on this bank

I am just not happy with this kind of a service, I need assistance with immediate effect,
I don't understand why would I beg you for the card.
