I dealt with Jenna Le-Roux today, she is based in Cape Town and I am based in Gauteng. I had to make amendments on my policy today and she was very helpful, she explained everything to me.
The call got cut off half-way through the process and when I called back I was lucky enough for my call to be answered again by Jenna, she knew exactly where we were in the process, did the security check and continued to assist me.
It was very pleasant to deal with Jenna today.
