NO EMPATHY JUST AN ARROGANT RESPONSE

I once banked with ABSA i cancelled my account due to the bad service and inconvinience with being a ABSA customer. Some how i had to cross paths with absa again and this time it is with my PROVIDENT FUND withdrawal, i can understand the turn around time is between 6-8 weeks with any other company, but ive had my provident with Alexandra Forbes before ad it took them within 3 weeks to pay out and then with Momentum it took within 3 weeks also to pay out, which to me that is just excellent service. BUT WITH ABSA it has taken longer and ive spoken to LATOYA via email advising on the urgency of my withdrawal, and wanting to know from her if she can atleast TRY to speed up the process for me. BUT THE REPLY I GOT FROM HER was a i couldnt careless, arrogant UNFORTUNATELY NOT. More than anything i need that money for my kids, as ive stressed it to her. but i guess she and whoever that is administering my money just dont care, whether my kids have food or not, she doesnt care and cannot help me. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO IN THE MEAN TIME???
