Outsurance
Still waiting on Claim to be submitted

Almost 3 months ago, a lady drove into me. I immediately got a case number from Police Station and called my insurance company, who said they will assist. A week later, my sitaution was transfered to the Legal Department, as the lady who drove into me, claimed that she was not the reason for the scratch on my car.

2 Months later, I was informed that they were having difficulty, as the Lady who drove into me, still didnt want to submit a claim.
3 weeks ago, I emailed Outsurance, who informed me that an Assessor will come out, well... IM STILL WAITING!

Can anyone, please help???
