Good day,
I have a family insurance policy with Vital Legal, which is religiously debited from my account every month. Now this insurance which I've taken out, covers (or so I thought) roadside assistance, legal matters, etc.
This morning my fianc? required the roadside assistance, and I was told that he isn't covered (this after the call centre agent, Melvina Peters took down both mine and his details) for the cover.
The lady named Nicole who assisted me, had such an attitude on the phone with me, when I said to her that I've had endless problems with them, and was thinking that I should rather cancel the policy and she immediately just said very abruptly "fine, I'll cancel your policy..."
I was very appalled by the attitude that Nicole had given me, also, I feel that I was misled when taking out this policy.
I would like to inform our people out there not to take out a policy with Vital Legal, as it does not offer you exactly what they say you're paying for.
