Clientele Legal are refusing to heed my instruction to cancel legal insurance policy number 502224442.
In their e-mail sent today 09 April 2013 at 1:30pm, their administrator by the name of Raksha Balgobind states, "Please note that you have not provide us with a reaosn for your decision to cancel therefore your policy remains active."
I do not mind the poor English grammar, what I'm worried about is my right to cancel an insurance policy at any point in time without justifying to the insurance company why I am doing so.
