I have a platinum protect policy and have taken out addisional cover in order to have legal cover. On their catalogue it advertises that when this addisional cover is taken, the client is covered for R10 000-00 per annum value for legal presentation.

Now, when I need to make use of this cover, I am told that I only have legal telephone assistance.

This company is a and no one will ever get anything out of them.

I want all monies paid over, paid back to me, in order for me to get representation that isn't fake.
