Switcing to FNB - NO SERVICE

For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to move all my accounts over to FNB. I have still not been helped.

All I want is FNB to settle the Debt with my existing Bank. Premier Banking cannot assist me and they have sent an email to someone who can. The settlement letter has been sent to FNB 8 days ago.

Can FNB not handle the switching over? Can FNB not provide Customer Service to their customers?
My existing Bank offers me personalised Banking. Premier Banking states that my salary is less per annum than what it currently is. I do qualify for a personal banker.

I have emailed FNB my payslips twice already.

What must I do about the existing interest which is accumulating at my existing bank because FNB is so slow with their customer service?

Clearly the switching to FNB is not working out at all. FNB cannot manage great customers.

I am running at a loss and not a gain with FNB and switching over to you.
