I had to replace my property's gate motor. Could not enter and exit the property. I am currently overseas and are not able to phone the 086 numbers. I have emailed several email addresses with no acknowledgement and no reply. I am very frustrated about the lack of communication. Being overseas makes it 10 x worse. My insurance is currently with the Private Bank business unit but are not being treated in any better way than the retail clients. Can someone please provide me with feedback.
