No way to contact Standard Bank Insurance

I have a policy with Standard Bank and have been trying to add my vehicle to that insurance. I have called the call center, logged into their online portal and even called the underwriters to see if I can add my vehicle to my household insurance.

I have heard nothing from anyone. It appears no one seems interested in new business. There seems to be no-one who is able to assist at Standard Bank and I'm collecting the new vehicle tomorrow.

I did go onto Hippo to get a quote and selected Standard Bank and some one called me quite quickly. It appears you need to go through Hippo to speak to a Standard Bank Insurance broker.

But, alas, they are only for new business and don't have access to my current policies so they couldn't help me either.

My only option appears to be to insure my vehicle with another broker and cancel the current policy I have with Standard Bank.
