I purchased a ford fiesta from a dealership on Ontdekkers, and had issues with the car from day 1. There were a number of issues which I'm not going to list here. The dealer wasn't interested in assisting without using my warranty, and I logged a complaint with the ABSA ActionLine. Azalia Simons forwarded the complaint to Nicky Prinsloo, at the vehicle and asset finance division.
Because of their intervention, the dealer has subsequently fixed all the issues I had with the car, all at their own expense, as it should be.
Thank you Nicky and Azalia for caring about your customer, and not turning me into a number.
I would never have gotten the response from the dealer that I did, if it wasn't for your intervention.
