Timeline since March regarding the tyres & rust with GWM. 04.03.13 Report a list of issues to Nicky. Booked in car for 12.03.13 with promise of a rental. 12.03.13 rental car did not happen & the car booked for 20.03.13 I was told the car would have to go back for the tyres tested & to have the rust spots checked by a panel beater. 10.04.13 Emailed Nicky when will finalizing issues. 11.04.13 Nicky replied he no longer works at GWM dealer will contact me. 17.04.13 Email Gerrit with the history. 25.04.13 No response. Emailed Gerrit again. 30.04.13 Car taken to GWM for photos of rust spots for factory. Still no response on the tyres. 17.05.13 Emailed Gerrit for results of rust. 21.05.13 Gerrit replied he will follow up with factory. Between GWM, tpanel beater & factory photos of rust got lost! Had to go in again. Still nothing on the tyres.03.06.13 Car taken again for photos. 40000km service done & sent the list of faults including the rust & tyres 19.06.13 Still no results of rust & tyres. Email Gerrit for answers. He replied Nicky said they have to get rid of feathering on tyres & he will get back to me as to when they can do it! REALLY! 21.06.13 Still no further with either issue.
