I called on the 02/05/2013 requesting a new cover on a vehicle i purchased and that they remove the old one.
The new vehicle was covered as requested by Candice Sanderson with a higher rate.
After going through the contract i realised that the monthy cover was higher than what i was previoulsy paying.
I called back asking for Candice but was informed that she had already knocked off and Moeketsi offered to assist. I explained my issue to Moeketsi and she took my hand and explained the reason for the higher premium step by step. Over and above that, Moeketsi put in a motivation to her Manager for a possible reduction with regards to my premiums.
I was totally blown away by her customer service and going the extra mile for a customer she did not know
