Ford figo tdci bought in Feb 2013

From the first day I have to rev the engine to 2500 rpm when at a traffic light or have the vehicle accelerate at a snails pace, alternately if on a slight incline she stalls. Ford SA & the dealer said nothing wrong. Then I found that the car used 1pint of engine oil per 1000km, FordSA said this is serious, the dealer just put a different oil in. 5w30 is specified in the manual and engine bay yet it now runs on 15w40 engine oil, sounds like a 1995 Isuzu truck.
The vehicle can only achieve 650km per full tank, tested on motorway from Bloemfontein to midrand at night average speed of 100km. This I was told is good for such a car. The car and the dealer has to now find an engine knock when the car is started. Ford SA just do not care about following up on complaints placed on their site. I have requested intervention from the Finance institution without success. I am now gonna try the ombudsman. Should never have bought this piece of car!
