I purchased a car at the end of November 2013, registration number CV47YDGP, this was a brand new Jeep. On receiving car there have been a number of issues which I have attempted to deal with and have had no resolution from the dealership, this include:
1. Rumbling noise from the diesel injectors
2. Battery not charging
3. Cruise control not working
Two of these are still on going and the dealership is yet to find solution or give feedback in resolving 2 months down the line. On attempting to call the Principle dealer he is on leave, and I believe that this is possibly the worse service I have received considering I purchased a new car, and the issues remain unresolved. Failure response for this complaint I will be taking the matter up with my lawyers as I am a female who travels and cant afford to breakdown and have issues. Hence the reason I bought a new car under warranty. Any feedback will be welcome.
