Let me warn you guy's about Standard Bank, Worst service ever. please don't bank with Standard Bank.
I contacted them today in regard to reslove my car payment and all i got was bad attitude and no way they could aasist. All I wanted was to make an arrangement to sort out my account and Glitter Moyo spoke to me as I had her money. I ask her is there a way that you can help me resolve this issue and she got fustrated, not willing to help. No customer service at all. I have spoken to the supervisor which help me, however I am still awaiting his reply. Standard Bank gets a big fat zero for customer service. They need to think as to who they employe as they are losting customers.
