Standard Bank
Great service at Standard Bank- It is possible!

I was so fed up with standard banks incompetence, disregard and hiding behind rules and procedures that I decided to cancel my accounts. The consultant Dene at the Secunda branch was very friendly, helpful and apologies for the bad service I had received (this was the first and only apology I ever got from standard bank). I want to thank her again through this way for being exceptional and I hope standard bank will take good care of her (at least better than their customers).
