I'm an FNB customer and have been for many years. I was delighted when Standard Bank launched their new UCount Rewards programme. I'm a Standard Bank customer but was considering closing my accounts with the bank was considering changing for good but had no luck finding out about the programme as all staff members at the branch are not clued up!!! I called the call centre and got through to an agent by the name of Taarique who was delightful, extremely clued up explained this whole TIERING process which I had no idea of but now everything has been made clear! I'll be staying with Standard Bank and joining the Ucount programme.
