STATEMENT/PAID UP LETTER

Hello Peter, I was garnished by Atlas Finance in 2011, The account was paid up in 2012, however i have received any letter nor correspondence from them. Souldn't i get an update from them once my account is paid up? As per NCA, the service provider should be transparent to the consumer @ at all times hoewver, this is not the case with ATLSA. Kindly provide me wit my Statement. Ref number 03580/0001/008
