I'm disappointed with how fnb treats people when they owe them. I had lost my job a few months ago but got a new job. My job loss lead to me incurring arrears on my bond and my car which are both financed by FNB. First I tried to arrange with them to pay off my arrears over a few months as I now have a new job but they didn't allow me to do that. Instead they sent collectors to come and fetch my car while harrassing me over the phone. I had to borrow about R18750 to pay off the arrears that I could have paid should they have allowed me to make an arrangement. I tried to do the same with my house and they agreed to make a payment arrangement but they sent the sheriff to my property to serve me with court documents that my house is on auction regardless. When I enquired about that they said they are taking legal actions against me regardless of the payment arrangement. What me off more is that they go through my bank account without my consent as my bank account is with them. I'm sesriously appalled with the kind of treatment I'm getting from them. I'm working towards paying off my house and car and once that is done they are not getting any business from me ever.
