Premium debited qhen policy was to be closed

Hi

I was involved in an accident and my car was written off and insurance finalised the claim on the 20th of June. The claims consultant advised the policy would be closed on the day to my suprise to be debited on the 1st of this month. Tried calling the whole day yesterday and today ..given the run around today amd told to tje policy was not cancelled afterall and to call for thw Retentions department that i dnt get wat for when the claima consult specifically told me they close..I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEEEASE!!!
