My phone giving me headache

Last week i complained about this problem and this what i wrote my phone is contract phone with fnb and was not working then they book it through cellc which they came and pick it up. Then last Friday when it was brought back the phone wasn't properly fixed they only mention one fault which is LCD NO DISPLAY and its fixed now the touchscreen doesn't work and its keep on scrolling by its self and the track pad gets frozen and its a nightmare using the phone
now again still having same problem cause the phone wasn't fixed at all .they not even telling me what wrong the phone.they brought it back at store were they collected it at gardens mall in soweto.realy its a stress paying for something that doesn't work almost two month busy doing up and down with issue.am so tired and stress as am paying the contract phone with no complain
