Herewith I would like to state the following:
1. On 25 March 2013 I applied for a car by sending an sms to the advertised number 35393. I received a list of cars from the sales center and applied for the 2013 Ford Fiesta Ambiente. On 28 March 2013 I received an sms from Satinsky congratulating me on qualifying for this vehicle and I was phoned by Nadine to explain the Terms and Conditions to me and to request documentation. I sent the required documents to her and she indicated that they did have the vehicles in stock and that I would be able to receive my car by Friday 5 April 2013. She also promised to give me feedback on delivery on 2 April 2013. She never called me back.
2. From 2 April to date I phoned the company looking to get feedback for a total of 65 times with no success. I left countless messages for Nadine who never came back to me..
3. On 17 April I received an sms that my car would be delivered within 24 hours if I was able to provide the company with proof of insurance. I took out insurance on that day for which I had to pay a pro rata amount in order to be covered. Yet no feedback was received and no one phoned me to arrange delivery. This is when I started com
