Got a call this morning at 06:10 regarding an outstanding amount for my Standard Bank credit card! This is TOTALLY unacceptable time to receive calls. I will be reporting this. Is Standard Bank that desperate for the outstanding amount? I am still waiting for contact details since I first agreed to the payment arrangement last year. I have dealt with DMC in the past for Woolworths collection and that was handled in a better manner. Had a written agreement and contact details. How can this be so different?
