Im going to lay a charge of harrasment from DMC debt collectors. Im getting calls at 6 AM in the morning, over a Standard Bank credit card back in 2006. I cant even remember when my last payment was, and waiting on DMC to prove that my last payment was within 2012 that they claim. The law states that any debt prescribes if last payment was made more than 3 yrs ago. And on top of that Standard Bank has already written the debt off, nw DMC trying to collect on a wrtten off bad debt?...please try your luck somewhere else. I knw my rights and I knw the law, and if I receive an more calls from DMC I will lay a charge of harrasment against you.
