I have a huge problem with african bank. Last year my acc was in arrears n I was told thy need 2 start pullin off more than usual till my acc is back on track. Funi enuf every tym I do a bal inquiry am told my acc is still in arrears, how's dat possible wen u guys pull every week? Nxt problem my cr card, how d did my account go 4rm a positive balance 2 a negative r400 or r500sumthing. I need an explanation n it beta be a gud 1! I need y installment to go back 2 r100-cr card n r75 for loan. Every tym I chek avail bal it has increased. Luk in2 n fix it coz I dnt undastand hw I can pay u guys every week n still hav a negatv avail bal. Strange 2 say the least!! Normally after every payment my cr card avail bal is r150, now its negativ n every week its increasing, the amount jus gets bigger!
