Credit card balance

Wrote a complaint abt 2 weeks bak & its still not resolved. I dnt undastand how money gets debited from my account every week yet every week my cr balance is on a negative n keeps increasing. How is that so. This has been goin on 4 weeks now and its unacceptable. I can not hav my hard earned cash been debted yet I dnt c where its all going. This is ridiculous. I need a solid explanation n this time I want sum1 competent that actually knws wat their doin, last tym sum lady called me n I dnt thnk she cud evn make out wat she was saying. I need my money back coz seriously, I will not pay 4 a cr card n continuously hav an increasing negative balance. I need my money that I have been payin the past month 2 reflect, n I want all of it not a cent less! Sum1 investigate this and I will not stop till I'm satisfied with the outcome!
