First National Bank
And Misleading!

I received a telesales call on 2/04/13. Zanele Seitumo explained the various cellphone contracts on offer. I asked she give me her contact number whilst i consider. Shortly thereafter, much to my dismay, i was notified via text that i had been subscribed to a FNB package. This i had not signed up for. It is 29/04/13 and i have been trying to get hold of the lady to terminate this contract. I have called FNB cellphone center and they too have not actioned my request.
As a result i am unable to fully utilise my cellphone as other applications have been discontinued. This is grossly disorganising!
