On the 26th of March i forwarded all the required documents to Old Mutual Group schemes, asking the to surrender one of my policies. I was told the process will take 20 working days and only then will i get what is due to me. 24 days later, i have not had any feedback from them and when i phone their client services centre. i get told i need to phone in 2-3 days' time. why was i told i'll have to wait 20 working days when in actual fact it will take longer? and why is it that i can never get constructive answers as to what is happening?
