Useless service wait for 1 and a half hours to be helped, on Saturday 4 may 2013, when we were finally helped after being told which documents to bring and fill out was told I didn't have the right paper work which is ironic cause my brother opened same account a week prior with the same documents as I had and he had no problems so to make things simple and not waste more of my time I decided to tell woman helping me to transfer my money to my standard bank account as I never wait more than 30 minutes in a Que or have rubbish service.
