After being to 2 other USELESS Standard Bank branches, East Rand Mall & Carnival City, i finally, out of pure desperation went to Lambton Branch. I do freelance work and know i can't get a savings etc. account so i just wanted a Current acc. money in, money out. My Fiance has a Titanium account with the bank that is why i needed a Standard Bank Account, so i spoke to his Prestige Banker, DARLING Rosie, she was amazing, helped me in a few hours what I've been struggling to do for the last 6 months!! She offered a lovely deal for me AND offered to wait after hours to let me sign the needed documentation and didn't rush through it to just get it done, she was kind, friendly and answered all my 100 questions with patience and knowledge. I always make a point of commending good service as it is so rare these days, so to whoever reads this. PLEASE note that Rosie is what all banking staff can be modelled on. :o)
