I had an accident on Saturday and have been trying since then to get a hold of the claims department. I have left a message and they phoned me back when I couldn't take the call. I have phoned numerous times after that and just hear the MiWay song playing or you can press 1 or whatever to leave a message and they haven't called me back.
I would love this complaint to turn into a compliment. I have always had good service from MiWay and if you look at their Hello Peter track record it seems pretty darn good. Please get back to me asap!
