Since Decembe last year we started lookingat townhouses to purchases & we finally found the one! On the 08/03/2013, the seller accepted our offer to purchase & we were so happy that we found our place before we get married! Off to Standard Bank, we went on the 08/03/2013 to send our application though at Northmead Square with Flatter. The consultant did not ask us to complete an application becuase she completed it online with all supporting documents. On the12/03/2013, my fiance gets a phone call that page 2 from his bank statement is missing. I try my utmost best to contact the consultant & tell her to pls fax it. Eventually I did it myself. On the 15/03/2013 we get a email that we are have a bond that is 100% with our cost included. But further I read it was stipulated that the purchase price is R680000.00 instead off R580000.00. Off to the bank i went the next day to recify this and the Flatter was not there, so handed it to the Branch Manager Natalie and she says she will tell her to fix it on monday cuz she knws nothing on bonds! 2 weeks ago we had to sign doc @ the bond attorney the documents were a mess. NO ONE AT THE BANK CAN STOP AND RECIFY THIS PURCHASE PRICE!!!
