I had an accident on Sunday 27th April. I registered a claim on Tuesday 30th April. I was given an appointment for Saturday 4th May at 11:3 am.
Today, Friday Riedewaan an assessor, called me to ask if I would want to do the assessment today as he had time. We agreed on 2:30pm and I jokingly said that if I do come at that time he would have to provide lunch. Imagine my delight that when I did come this afternoon I was given a deliscious lunch prior to the assessment
Now that is what I call superior service, like the Blue Train!
