I reported my accident on the 09th April 2013. After two days the manager Jaco came back to me to give me an appointment Tutaka Motors in North Riding. I wanted the earliest appointment and he stated that only by appointment the assessment may be done - at 12H30 they can attend to me. Having a day off - I went there at 08h30 - the Outsurance Assessor was on site at 08.45. He dealt with me immediately and was finished at 0930. Jaco there was a queue therefore there was only a 12h30 appointment. Furthermore it was an Outsurance Assessor and was not working with Tutaka Motors - one wonders why was I sent there to do the assessment.
Then contact Club Motors with who the vehicle was assigned too - they wanted to have a look the damage before they could schedule a date to work on the car. Quintin Bannister had a look at the car - and he said that there was more than what was quoted in the original quote. He prepared one and sent to Lillian Matlala - to date I did not receive any feedback from her. I called every single day from 22nd to the 26th April 2013. She referred me back Club Motors. I did contracted Quintin and then was upset that I contract.
