I have been trying to get hold of Sumarie Fourie on 0113521823 for the past week! I spoke to her briefly on Mon and was told she would call me back in 30 min, its Fri and I am still waiting. I am beyond frustrated as I have been shoved from pillar to post, been transfered to numerous people but still to no avail! Sumarie is NOWHERE to be found! I've emailed her aswell and still no response. What makes it worse is that I am a staff member and I can only imagaine how frustrated our customers might be when trying to contact. Her. I am disgusted by Sumarie's absolute lack of customer service and concern.
