PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MFC!!!

IM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE I JUST RECIEVED FROM MFC CONSULTANTS. BEEN ON A CALL WITH THEM FOR AN HOUR WITHOUT ANY RESOLVE. FRIST SPOKE TO JAQUALINE WHO PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 15MINS, THEN ASKED ME 1 QUESTION BEFORE PUTTING ME ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 15MINS. AFTER CUTTING THE CALL & CALLING BACK, SPOKE TO PRECIOUS WHO KNEW VERY WELL HOW FRUSTRATED I WAS, ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER MANAGER THAT WASNT POSSIBLE SO HE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR HER SUPERVISOR FOR ANOTHER 15MINS.
THERE WAS NEVER A PROBLEM WHEN IT CAME TO MFC DEBITTING MY ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST 4.5YEARS BUT ONLY AFTER HAVING PAID THEM OF AND THE OWE ME MY OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS THEY TREAT ME WITH SUCH POOR SERVICE.
THAT WAS PATHETIC, POOR AND JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL, IM SO GLAD THAT MY NEW VEHICLE WILL B FINANCED BY A DIFFERENT BANK.
MFC'S SERVICE TODAY WAS JUST PATHETIC, THIS IS HOW THEY THANK A CUSTOMER AFTER 4.5YEARS.

QUESTION IS, HAS MFC'S SERVICE DETERIORATED SINCE NEBANK TOOK OVER OR HAS IT ALWASY BEEN THIS POOR???
