HOW CAN WE HELP YOU

It all started when trying to withdraw money from my account and was informed insufficient funds.
It has been established that the reason for this being funds of R4500 out of this particular account and a further R9000 out of another account have been "reserved". After 2 hours at Randridge Mall Branch it was established that this "apparently was initiated by Sumarie Fourie in Homeloans (Homeloan NOT in arrears) and they could help me no further and that I need to go to Home loans in Fairlands which I duly did, however a Zandile Genu was not able to assist me either. Much to my further frustration!!!

The fact that I have been greatly inconvenienced here is an understatement, as well as FNB is able to do this but cannot/will not rectify the issue.
This type of service or LACK thereof is TOTALLY unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

"HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" well you tell me!!! I have consulted my Lawyers wrt to Legal Action and will certainly be in contact with the OMBUDSMAN
