I cannot believe the service/ or rather lack thereof... from Cell C...
I have been with cell c for nearly 11 years now. You would think that loyalty counts for something, but no!!
I have, to no avail, tried phoning customer service, that is not interested to help. Then I went in to Cresta, they just suggested getting a technician to my area, then it took another trip to Fourways, filled in a form. And apparently I was going to get a ref nr.by yesterday afternoon... still NOTHING!!
In the meantime, I am unable to make call/receive calls/go on internet for about 80% of the time... the coverage has gone down so drastically where I live. I cannot allow visitors into our complex, as the gate cannot even get hold of me. In the meantime, I still have to pay a bill, for NO SERVICE!!
We have been here 6 years, with no problem at all WITH THE NETWORK COVERAGE, till about 5 weeks ago!! I have been sent from pillar to post, no one getting back to me!!
..and as soon as I leave my house (outside my house in the garden, there is also no signal)... then I suddenly get all my emails downloaded and voicemails due to people trying to get hold of me..
I AM SO SO FRUSTRATED!!
