Please can I get 1 question answered?

I have been on the phone for 45mins being transferred at least 5 times and landed up with the call being dropped eventually.
I just need to know if the blackberry I ordered through FNB quite some time ago is insured or not. If it is, what do i need to do to put in a claim?
Dealing with the call centre is too frustrating.
