I have only had nightmares when dealing with these people over the last few years, yet i'm still a paying customer who NEVER has claims.
1st instance
A blackberry that was insured (or so i thought), I had 3, all insured. I called in one day to take 1 off insurance. No IMIE code was asked, so when i needed to claim 1 day, they had no IMIE code that was damaged insured. I was never asked which code to take off insurance. I was never paid out, as they took the onus on themselves to take off whatever one they wanted. It happened to be the one that broke. I was told they would go to the recordings and listen. How do i smell they actually did it? And what stops them from just saying they listened to the recordings?
2nd instance
Another blackberry, insured, told last wed I would be called back. Its now Monday and I'm still waiting! I call multiple times daily, each time they busy, will call back, or are offline. I'm told assessor will call me, I am still waiting. Minus my blackberry, limited with work because of their delay.
This makes me furious that i spend the amount i do monthly, and when it comes to the rare occasion I need claim its an absolute nightmare.
