Anoyying voice prompts

Trying to get through to any department can be a nightmare. It takes so long to enter all your information before you even get to talk to someone on the phone when you might just have a simple question. Trying to get through to personal loans today and the voice prompt kept repeating itself over and over so i couldnt get anywhere as there were no options given to me. I Have phoned general inquiries over and over for help getting through.. the people are polite but my call is dropped when they try put me through or if i am given a number it wont even ring. Its very frustrating and i just need to find out one simple question yet it becomes a mission and right now i have given up.
