I cancelled my account with Budget on the 10th April 2013. I recieved a confirmation that the account has been suspended. After recieving a email notification that the account is closed they still went and debited my bank account. I sent a email numerous times requesting refund, I get messages that I need to submit banks statements, to get a bank statement cost money which they are not prepaired to pay, I was also informed that someone would contact me, still no contact has been made with me. I am owed R532 which is needed to cover my other debit orders. The people responsible for getting back to me, who emailed me is
