I have had numerous problems with my cell phone. It was repaired a few months ago, they gave it a software upgrade and returned it after having the phone for nearly a month, nothing had been fixed and the same problems continued. I sent it back again this week and they are saying that they are fixing it. I know that it is not repairable as I have had problems with it for months and nothing gets rectified. Surely by paying insurance I have rights according to the CPA and I am losing business with the phone as it drops calls, freezes, the speaker is a problem etc. Please advise as they are in the process of returning the broken phone back to me. When i email them it is like writing to a wall, they hardly ever respond. Sharon
