Impossible to get through to the call centre

I have been trying to get through to Absa's call centre to increase my daily internet transfer limit. I called 4 times yesterday averaging 15 minutes on the phone and also called today and still no answer after 15 minutes. Such terrible service and it will take them 1 minute to help.

They need to hire more call centre staff if they are getting so many calls. We do not expect this from one of the largest banks on the African Continent and world when you take Barclays in to account.
