When I first found out that I have been blacklisted for an account that I hardly could even remember, I was so mad and angry but when I first spoke to you, I just new from the start that I'm going to receive excellent customer service. Within 2 weeks you Robert have proven that decency, respect, commitment, understanding, listening and loyalty lives inside of you.
